WiFi Multi Player - NATs Error

Play Marbles multiplayer uses a direct connection between players to decrease latency and improve match finding. Four different methods are used to create a connection, at least one of which should work on the majority of systems. However, some Wi-Fi routers block incoming connections. If this happens a NATs error is returned to BOTH players.

If a NATs error is encountered, the easiest solution is to put the iPhone / iPod Touch into the ‘DMZ’ (demilitarized zone) on the router. Check the documentation from your ISP, or ask your network administrator how to achieve this. If the NATs error persists, it may be due to how your opponent's system is set up. Try playing other people to see if the problem continues.
